We
receive Public Domain material from a number of resources:
old books that are passed into the public
domain, per United States statute; articles that are donated
to this site by Christians who, forsaking payment, are willing
to contribute to this work; and from various public domain
offerings on the Internet. I often repost these assets on
this site because, as both you and I know, web sites go offline
at a moments notice. This site is an extension of my calling
and ministry, and I have taken every precaution that it not
slip into the ether along with other once great and useful
Christian sites. If
you come across a work posted on this site that you typed,
edited, translated ... in other words, if you have contributed
to the work in ANY way and want to receive credit for it but
- due to an oversight or human error - have not, please contact
Pastor David. I would never knowingly
or willingly take credit for that which you did, nor would
I knowingly hurt you in any way. If you find an oversight
(and believe me, if you find that credit due is not given
it is an oversight) please let me know the name of the work,
it's address on this site (the URL), and any other information
that you want published on the work. In the event that
two or more people claim credit for doing the same thing,
then the work will be immediately removed from this site.
Further, if the work that you did has been copywritten under
United States statute and is not public domain, I will
remove it immediately from this site at your request.
Be aware that I will check the United States statute prior
to removing the work. I have had wild eyed weirdos write me
in the past and tell me that they have copyright over works
that were posted in the 1600's. Unless you're Dracula and
live forever, that's not possible :-) Act like you have some
sense when you write me --- PLEASE!
